Our Shipping Policies

FREE Shipping to following countries:

• Australia
• New Zeeland
• United States
• Canada

We advertise and sell only items that have free shipping.

In general,  it might take between 2-4 weeks for normal delivery. 

Our products are sourced from various suppliers and locations.  Items are sold individually as this allows our dispatch process to be streamlined. 

Pickups not available – LovingPets.com.au is unfortunately unable to offer a pickup service for a number of reasons.

Return and Refunds

We accept returns if the items had been damaged during shipping. However we do not accept returns just because you have changed your mind.

Item to be returned must be in their original re-saleable condition with all tags . 

That you DO NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.

The return of the item is the responsibility of the buyer.

If the item has not been received or it sustained damage in transit a refund amount may be required  – please contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website.
